INFORMATION

CHECK-IN
Children must check in at a Registration Kiosk to receive an ID sticker (one for each child and a matching one for the parent) before they can be received in the classroom.

  • Each ID sticker is assigned a security number that is used to match the parent’s sticker with the child’s sticker at dismissal time.
  • Parents must present the matching ID sticker when picking up their child.
  • The ID sticker is assigned a unique security number that displays in the sanctuary under the video screens to inform you to check in with the class.

CLASS TEACHERS
Each class is under the leadership of a Head Teacher – an experienced and capable communicator – and is assisted by one or more workers depending on the size of the class.

  • A minimum of 2 teachers is required in order to receive any children. We also follow a “Safety and Security Policies for Staff and Departmental Workers.”

The Head Teacher is ultimately responsible for the ministry to the children in their care. The Head Teacher teaches the Bible lesson and allots the supplementary lesson portions to assistant teachers. This includes singing, opening exercises, or leading any other of the ministry functions.
